Vrátenie tovaru
(vzťahujúce sa na produkty predávané spoločnosťou GREENBEAUTY, s.r.o. ako Predávajúcim)
Kupujúci je oprávnený odstúpiť od uzatvorenej kúpnej zmluvy prostredníctvom internetového obchodu do 14 dní vrátene, od začiatku uzatvorenia zmluvy bez udania dôvodu. – viac info tu: https://www.zakonypreludi.sk/
Pri odstúpení od kúpnej zmluvy je potrebné dodržať nasledovný postup:
• kupujúci odošle predávajúcemu mail na adresu shop@greenbeauty.sk s nasledovným znením: „Chcem jednostranne odstúpiť od zmluvy zo dňa (deň, mesiac, rok), číslo faktúry a požadujem vrátenie uhradenej čiastky za tovar na číslo účtu (uviesť správne číslo účtu).“ Ďalej kupujúci uvedie svoje meno, adresu a dátum.
• kupujúci odošle tovar vo forme poistenej zásielky, alebo tovar osobne doručí do sídla predávajúceho, pričom hradí prepravné náklady.
• kupujúci vyplní formulár na stiahnutie na tejto stránke a zašle ho spolu s tovarom.
• vrátený tovar musí byť v pôvodnom obale, pôvodný obal sa nesmie otvárať, všetky ochranné nálepky musia byť na svojom mieste neporušené, nepoužitý, nepoškodený, kompletný (vrátane príslušenstva, návodu atď.) a s originálnym dokladom o kúpe (faktúrou). Tovar vrátený formou dobierky predávajúci neprijíma.
Pri splnení všetkých vyššie uvedených podmienok pre vrátenie tovaru predávajúci zašle kupujúcemu zaplatenú kúpnu cenu prevodom na účet alebo na adresu trvalého bydliska, a to najneskôr do 14 dní po fyzickom obdržaní vráteného tovaru. V prípade nesplnenia niektorej z vyššie uvedených podmienok predávajúci nebude môcť akceptovať odstúpenie od kúpnej zmluvy a tovar vráti na náklady kupujúceho späť.
Kupujúci odoslaním objednávky predávajúcemu potvrdzuje, že predávajúci včas a riadne splnil svoje informačné povinnosti podľa ustanovenia § 10 zákona č. 108/2000 Z. z.

Purchase returns
(relating to products sold by GREENBEAUTY, s.r.o. as Seller)
The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract via the online store within 14 days, including the beginning of the conclusion of the contract without giving a reason. – more info here: https://www.zakonypreludi.sk/zz/2014-102 – paragraph 7 paragraph 1.
When withdrawing from the purchase contract, it is necessary to follow the following procedure:
• the buyer sends an e-mail to the seller e-mail address shop@greenbeauty.sk with the following wording: „I want to unilaterally withdraw from the contract from (day, month, year), invoice number and request a refund of the amount paid for the goods to the account number (enter the correct account number).“ , address and date.
• the buyer sends the goods in the form of an insured shipment, or delivers the goods in person to the seller’s registered office, paying the shipping costs.
• the buyer fills in the download form on this page and sends it together with the goods.
• the returned goods must be in the original packaging, the original packaging must not be opened, all protective labels must be intact, unused, undamaged, complete (including accessories, instructions, etc.) and with the original proof of purchase (invoice). Goods returned by cash on delivery are not accepted by the seller.
Upon fulfillment of all the above conditions for the return of goods, the seller will send the buyer the purchase price paid by transfer to the account or address of permanent residence, no later than 14 days after the physical receipt of the returned goods. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, the seller will not be able to accept withdrawal from the purchase contract and will return the goods at the expense of the buyer.
By sending the order to the seller, the buyer confirms that the seller has timely and properly fulfilled its information obligations under the provisions of § 10 of Act no. 108/2000 Z. z.
